Xcaret is an Eco Park and a Nature Theme Park. We take you there on our Xcaret Plus Basic Private Tour. On this service, you decide your pick up and your return schedule. The park is open 365 days a year from 8:30 am to 22:30 hrs THESE PRICES ARE FOR THE DATES BETWEEN: From March 29th to April 10th 2022 From July 01st to August 15th, 2022 From December 26th to December 31st 2022

• Optional activities can be purchased at the park: The Tlacho Dinner, Sea-Trek, Swim with Dolphins and Snuba, and more.
• Plus package upgrade available.

• Let the driver know if you want to stay for the “Night Show” or not. Set a return time and pickup place with the driver.
• Children age: 5-11 years old pay child price. Older than 11 pay adult price. Younger than 5 are free!
• All children MUST present an ID. A copy of the passport will do.
• Bring a valid ID to match the name of your voucher. It will be required at check-in at the Park
• Only biodegradable insect repellent and sunblock are allowed at the Park.
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera. Cash for incidentals
• Scan your bracelet at the assigned spots at the park when returning the rented equipment to avoid penalties.
• During high season the park might extend hours with a 2nd Mexican Night show at 9:00 PM (*)

• Prices are in USD or CAN Dollars. Some tours require full payment at the time of booking
• Fee for 5% more for pay online
• Our company does not cancel the tour because of the rain, this can be done only by the supplier
• If our supplier cancels your activities, you will receive a full refund without penalty
• If you don’t show up without previous notification to us you will not get a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Canada Transfers, not with suppliers.
• For cancelation or reschedule without penalty, call us at least before 6:00 pm , 2 days before the tour
• Refunds will be made within 24 hrs.or less.
